So, now that we looked at those thresholds, remember as ERGs evolve, that ERG will get bigger, right? And they'll start to have a wider impact and a larger scope. So, what often happens here from an organizational structure component is those ERGs still have those five key roles. But, as you see here in the image, now that ERG will add additional roles because they're at that next stage of their evolution. So, they need more members on the leadership team. So, this is what allows companies and organizations to have employee resource group organizational structures that are scalable. So, they're consistent because everyone still has the same five roles. But, now for those ERGs that are further along in their evolution, they're allowed to add a few additional roles to help them more effectively meet their needs when they're at that intermediate stage.
