So, now we're going to talk about the core ideology of your Employee Resource Group. ERGs that I've seen have demonstrated excellence, tend to have very strong core ideologies. And we're going to talk about some of those components of the core ideology now. So let's first begin with the mission of your Employee Resource Group. The mission helps to define, why does your ERG exist? What's your purpose for being, right? And this is a critical question that needs to be answered by your Employee Resource Group, because you need to be able to convey to others to say, not only why should I join your ERG, but, what are you all trying to accomplish? So, your mission will help to articulate that. Secondly, if you put together a very strong mission, you'll see that your mission won't change over time.
