Since every employee resource group tends to have an executive sponsor, it was important that we spend some time on some of the more common roles that those sponsors play. That of being a planner or kind of a strategist. We've seen executive sponsors that serve as connectors or brokers for the ERG. We've seen ERG executive sponsors are visible champions and strong advocates for your Employee Resource Group.
