So, as we kind of wrap up this module on allyship and intersectionality, it's important that ERGs remember to find ways to collaborate and partner with other Employee Resource Groups. There are just so many benefits when ERGs move out of that silo mentality and find ways to partner and kind of do joint events with other Employee Resource Groups. You know, we've seen ERGs, when they do collaborate, they're able to kind of share their resources and kind of expand, maybe, their budget because they're able to divide the cost. We've seen ERGs are able to tap into different skill sets, because, maybe, the members of one ERG have skill sets that might be different than the members of a different ERG, and they're able to combine them. They're of course able to reduce redundancies. And oftentimes when the ERGs are able to collaborate, they just have a bigger impact on the organization.
