How to audit a Google Ads account
- [Narrator] When you inherit a new Google Ads account, how do you quickly check the health of that account? We're going to cover the first three things that you should look at. I always think the search terms are the most important thing to look at, because in Google Ads, the search terms are really everything. If you're not matching to the right thing, you're not going to be able to drive performance for your client or for your business. And I'm clicking here in insights and reports and then search terms. It shows you specifically what you match to and what type of match that was. So in this case, for example, we have online marketing company. It was a phrase match close variant to a keyword we already had in the account. So I'm going to go here and choose the timeline. And this is, you know, 30 days up to today. I'm going to say 90 days because we want plenty of long-term history and we want to rule out any…
