- [Eran] Hello and welcome to After Effects Weekly. I'm Eran Stern and I'm working with After Effects for more than a day now. No sleeping, no eating, just breathing pixels in and out. And finally I'm done. So before I go to rest, I must send this project to my colleague and also save a slim version of it for backup purposes. So this is a great opportunity to talk about the reduce project command. Now you can find it under the dependencies menu over here, reduce project. Now if I'll just select it, I'll get a message from After Effect, which tells me that reduce project will delete all items from the project that are not being directly, or indirectly used, we are going to talk about it in a moment, by selected items.
