- One of the biggest benefits we get with Agile is short feedback loop from our customers. In comparison to the Waterfall approach, where we gather all the requirements upfront and go off and develop and test the product in total before getting feedback from our customer, sometimes many months later, with Agile, each and every iteration we do a review. The frequent reviews focus on actual product development. It gives us the opportunity to demonstrate the work we've completed so far and gives the customer the opportunity to give us feedback. And I want to tell you that's huge. I worked with a construction company that was building a building in an absolutely beautiful location. So window placement was very important to the client. In one of our iteration reviews, we placed temporary window frames in the building so the customer could see the view from all angles and tell us if it was what they had envisioned. They were…
