- If you could share anything about your introverted personality with an extroverted colleague, what would it be and why? This lesson truly gets to the heart of empowering extroverts to understand how introverts experience the world. In order to bring your best self to work, there needs to be a mutual understanding of how you think and work. As an introvert, you want to be prepared ahead of time to articulate your needs when it comes to having a conversation with an extroverted team member.
