Use the Content Libraries palette
- [Teacher] We're starting a new video now, and we're going to have a look at utilizing the content libraries available to you in AutoCAD Mechanical. The new drawing is standard part 0001_content.dwg. You can see the name of the file there at the top of the screen. Download it from the library as usual to follow along with the video. We're going to zoom in onto this top left corner of this view here. So get the crosshair over it, just roll up on the wheel a few notches like so, until you can see there's the C section of the steelwork there and there's some nuts and bolts. We want to zoom in on this part sectional area here like so. So you can see the red hatching top and bottom like so. We're then going to go to the content tab on the ribbon and click on content libraries. Now, as soon as you do this, you'll see there's lots of different content available.
