- [Instructor] We're looking at another AutoCAD tip and trick now, and in this particular tips and tricks video, we're going to be taking a look at the wipeout command in AutoCAD, and how you can utilize it to highlight and disguise various aspects of your AutoCAD drawings. Now we've got a drawing for you and you can download it from the library, it's 393wipeout.dwg, and you know the drill by now. Download it from the library to follow along with this particular tips and tricks video. Once you've got the drawing open in AutoCAD, jump into the model tab and make sure that you are using the wipeouts layer as your current drafting layer. So you'll notice there in the home tab on the ribbon in the layers panel, you can see that wipeouts is the current drafting layer. Now to create a wipeout, you can just type wipeout if you wish. So if I type it in like so, the dynamic input kicks in, and there's wipeout there like so.…
