Let's take a look at what the prerequisite technology overview will be for this course. To start with, you're going to need an AWS account. And really, this is the first thing to be aware that really everything from a technology perspective. So let's dive into some of the key aspects of what you'll use in your AWS account. First, you're going to need to know about compute. You're going to need to use things like EC2 and AWS Lambda, and so you'll need to have access to those resources either through a paid account or a free tier account. You also need to have cost management in place. You'll need to know the billing alert system. You'll also need to have some databases available, like the RDA system where Aurora or DynamoDB, these are very important to study the database concepts. Also, disaster recovery.
