- The target candidate description is the section in the AWS AI Practitioner Certification Exam Guide where you learn about the skills and abilities that you need to bring to the table to qualify for certification. And that's going to include up to six months of exposure to AI/ML technologies on AWS. Now, this does not necessarily have to be hands-on. It could be having watched training videos, read documentation, and those sorts of things. It also includes that you use, but not necessarily build solutions on AWS in AI and ML. And so again, it's not necessarily pushing you towards hands-on experience, although that can help tremendously. These next couple of sections are really going to lean hard on the knowledge that you should have gained through the AWS Cloud practitioner certification, starting with familiarity with the core AWS services, EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, as well as use cases for each of those.
