Managing groups in Azure AD
- [Instructor] To provide access to resources in an easy and meaningful way, most administrators will utilize groups, grouping your identities, your users, and even grouping other groups inside of groups and then assigning roles or permissions to groups. Groups have existed since the beginning of identity services inside of Windows servers and networks, and it was part of Active Directory. And groups, of course, are part of Azure Active Directory. As well, if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, there is a special type of group that you will also be able to create as part of your Azure AD tenant. So let's click on Groups within Azure Active Directory Admin Center. And when I click on Groups, I see all of the groups inside of my tenant.
