- [Instructor] How do we come up with a system that works for every person in every office, in every discipline? Well, there's a few ways to do just that. Here are my thoughts. So for folder structure, let's take a look and dive into managing content, and let's talk about 3D Parametric Revit Families, also known as our content. What I'd like to do is just discuss where we can find where to make these. Now, if we look under architectural families in Revit, look at structural families in Revit, and we look at MEP Families in Revit. These are three courses that are in the library. What I'd like you to do is go through those courses. They're also in the BIM Manager Track. So storage of families really isn't the big deal. It's creating these families. Now, Revit out of the box has a few sample families to use, but that's how I look at that. They're samples. What we need to do is model our own families that work for our own firm.
