Using the Bluebeam PDF printer
There is a growing list of plugins that install with Bluebeam Review, so you can always check Bluebeam's website for the latest list of plugins. But even if the plugin doesn't exist, you also get the Bluebeam Printer, which installs as a virtual printer when you first install Review. This serves as sort of a universal converter that allows you to just choose to print a document to the PDF format. So, for example, I am working here in Google Slides, there is no plug-in available, but all I have to do is click on Print. It will generate a preview, show me what it's going to look like. I'm going to check my settings for the page size because remember we're turning this into a PDF, more of a printed document. document. I think that all looks fine, so I'm going to make sure that Bluebeam PDF is my selected printer. Click on print. That will open up a dialog box that asks us where we want to save the file.
