Adding actions to your AI help desk agent
- [Instructor] We can add actions to AI agents to perform specific tasks. For example, our AI help desk agent has the skill to create a support ticket. We can add an action to connect to SharePoint and create an item in the list called tickets. Here's a sample SharePoint site for the IT help desk. It comes with a list of named tickets. I can click a ticket to view its details, or click add new item to create a new ticket. For example, enter the issue title, Demo Ticket 03. Need to set up a VPN. Enter the issue description. Can someone help me set up a VPN? Click Save. Then click Save. A new ticket has been added to the list. Now let's see how to complete this task using an action in our AI agent. Here's the help desk agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Click Actions in the menu. Click Add An Action. Copilot Studio provides many prebuilt actions. I can search for SharePoint related actions.
