- I firmly believe that defining the solution first and then selecting the appropriate technology to build it is a better approach than trying to shape the solution around a technology. It is important to identify the problem, list on all possible user stories, and the expected outcomes to be able to craft a solution. Let's take an example of a problem that all organizations face. Today, organizations struggle to efficiently identify and address skill gaps within their workforce. This can result in misalignment between employees' current skills, and the evolving demands of their roles. This misalignment often leads to decreased productivity and a lack of innovation.
