- Let's break down the Agile Manifesto and what it means to BAs in Agile analysis. The Agile Manifesto isn't just something to read once or memorize. It's a true set of values to work by. We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work, we have come to value individuals and interactions over processes and tools, working software over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration over contract negotiation, responding to change over following a plan. And that is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more. You may be wondering, how does this all link to the BABOK? Well, when looking to link the BABOK to the Agile Manifesto, think about replacing the words working software with working solution.
