Applying the agile BA Principles at the Strategy Horizon
- The agile business analysis principles guide us in our values and mindset when doing agile analysis. To understand agile analysis, it helps to align the agile analysis principles to the horizons. Aligning these allows us to apply the values and mindset with our work. As a reminder, the agile business analysis principles are see the whole, think like a customer, analyze to determine what's valuable, get real using examples, understand what's doable, stimulate collaboration and continuous improvement, and avoid waste. Let's look at how Chris, our agile BA, would use each of these in the context of the strategy horizon. First is see the whole. This principle at the strategy horizon helps Chris see the big picture. It's when Chris works with decision makers on things that impact the enterprise as a whole.
