- Understanding how users interact with products is one of the most important pieces of Agile Analysis. Chris, our Agile BA, uses storyboarding technique to analyze these interactions and help the team create a shared understanding of how and why users interact with a product. There are a few other terms that this technique goes by that you may be familiar with. For simplicity, we will refer to them all as storyboarding. Some things that Chris and the team use storyboarding to do are things like elicit and validate requirements. And, communicate with stakeholders and align the vision.
