- I come from humble beginnings. Growing up my dream job was working in a building with air conditioning, because everyone I knew worked outside in the heat. But in childhood, there were teachers who saw promise in me and ensured that I had access. Access to the right tools, mentors, and resources. Career development programs are initiatives designed to support employees in advancing their professional skills, achieving career goals, improving job performance, and aligning their professional growth with organizational or market needs.
