- Imagine you just completed a company-wide training program. The feedback is overwhelmingly positive. Participants love the sessions, the instructors were engaging, and the materials were top-notch. But when you look at the numbers six months later, productivity hasn't changed and performance gaps still exist. Why? Because training success isn't about how it feels. It's about measurable outcomes, and training metrics are the key to unlocking training effectiveness.
