- [Instructor] In this video, we will set up Linux CentOS inside Workstation Player. All right, the first step is to download the Linux CentOS ISO file so that file can be attached to a virtual machine. So to install CentOS, we need to download its ISO file, which is the installation image. So for that, you would have to go to your browser and go to centos.org/download page. All right, from this page, go ahead and click on nine. We are going with CentOS Stream version nine, and then, depending on the architecture of your computer, pick the ISO image based on the architecture. Now, for me, the architecture is x86_64, so go ahead and click on ISO image mirrors. Once you click on it, you will notice, on the right hand side, it will start to download. Now, this download process can take a while. As you can see right here on top, it's the progress of download.
