Did you know that about half of all Nobel Prize winners were mentored by previous Nobel Prize winners or people who themselves were mentored by Nobel Prize winners? The research on mentorship is clear. Those who are mentored, outearn and outperform those who are not, they get more raises and promotions, are happier in their career, and show lower rates of burnout.
