He's always seemed efficient, meeting deadlines, turning in reports on time. Two months ago, you selected him to represent the department on a global project, a great opportunity, but one that would definitely challenge him professionally. Unfortunately, since that time, you've noticed that Greg hasn't been very accessible and he is a week behind on submitting some of his documentation. You've also heard from others on his team that Greg hasn't been responding to email requests, and seems scattered and rushed during meetings.
