you would've encountered users that are unable to sign in. There are a number of reasons for that. It rather depends on whether the user signing in to a cloud account or to an on-prem account. Let's examine what happens if a user can't sign in to active directory or not properly configured on the network. So if the device is a wireless device, make sure that you've chosen the appropriate wireless protocols, and security protocols, and that the device can see the wireless access point. So those basic underlying network issues. Bear in mind that often in organizations for wireless connectivity, and particularly secure environments, certificates are often used for the device to identify itself to the wireless access point, and vice versa. Make sure that certificate hasn't expired. They often have quite a short lifetime, maybe a couple of weeks and then they expire. And the reason for that is, that they can be automatically renewed once the device is connected online through group policy.…
