Run attended robot - UiPath Tutorial
From the course: Complete Guide to UiPath RPA Development
Run attended robot
- [Instructor] Now that we've published our project into Orchestrator, we can run it as an attended robot or unattended. If I click on my start menu and type UiPath, I can click here to open the UiPath assistant. And from there I click on this dashboard icon. We can see our SimpleEnterprise process awaiting install. So I click on this icon to download that and it says downloading packages. And now I have a run button down here at the bottom. Or when I hover over the item, I also have a run button here. So I can click on that. And now the automation is running as an attended robot. So it's that simple to publish a project to Orchestrator and run it as an attended robot. Now back in Orchestrator, if I click on the Jobs tab, we see that that ran as an attended robot. And if you hover on that row, you've got the three dots here, and you can click on View Logs of this Job. So any log messages you added to the project would appear here with their respective timestamp.
