- [Instructor] A stakeholder communication plan is key to ensuring that you have an effective outreach to all the individuals that are invested in a project. Copilot can help you draft this. Let's try it out here in a new Microsoft Word document. Now, before we check out Copilot, I do want to point out a couple of things for you. You will need to have your document saved in a cloud document library such as OneDrive, that's where I have this file saved. And depending on the settings within your organization, if AutoSave is turned off, you'll want to make sure that that is turned on. Okay, now, Copilot generally is located on the Home ribbon all the way over here. So if you're working in PowerPoint, if you're working in OneNote, or Excel, you'll find it right here. You may also notice an icon like this Copilot icon that is over here in the left margin of this new document. This is another way for you to get to Copilot.
