Branding is one of those areas where first impressions matter. But it's not everything. Consistency is everything. When you think about it creating a brand is the start. What's more impactful is maintaining that brand. Today I'll talk about strategies to help you ask for feedback with confidence. The purpose of asking for feedback is to make sure there is alignment between how you think you're showing up and how others perceive you. Asking for feedback is beneficial because it demonstrates you value others perspectives and are open to receiving feedback. Being open to feedback helps improve business relationships and build trust. Here are my top three strategies for getting feedback. I'll also share the benefits of each approach.
