If you don't ask the right questions when asking for feedback, you could be building a brand based on the wrong information. In this lesson, I'll walk you through questions to ask, how to create questions and what to do with what you learn. This further strengthens your brand. First, determine what questions to ask. You do this by identifying what you want to learn. Maybe you want to understand how you show up under stress. Or maybe you want to understand how your communication style is received. Once you determine what you want to learn, let that guide how you create your questions. Next, understand how to create questions. The most powerful questions are open ended and direct. Open ended questions are questions that can't be answered with yes or no. Typically, they start with what, when and how. For example, how do you think I did in my presentation?
