Despite all of your efforts to help your team set goals, provide top-of-the-line coaching, standardize best practices, and mitigate stress, at times, you will receive critical feedback. Whether from your team or your leadership, you will be asked to make changes. You will be told that you need to adapt your approach and that can be hard to hear. However, being adaptable as a leader ensures ongoing consistency despite obstacles.
