- [Instructor] In this video, I will show you how to edit and update an image which is not inside your library. Another variation of the previous workflow is to open your image directly inside Photoshop. To start, launch Photoshop then use the shortcut control-N on Windows that's command-N on a Mac, to open the New Document dialogue box. As we did at the beginning of this course, use the dialogue box intent tabs to set the intent for web, since we're looking to create a document that will be experienced online, then set the size of the document to the size of the required image frame. When done, place the image by choosing the top File menu and Place Embedded. Select your image file and place it inside your document. Use the return or enter key when you are happy with its size and position.
