- Now that we know who it's for and what's it for, our next task is to understand what content we should put in our presentation that will actually meet our objectives. We can do that using the feel, think, act method. This helps us clearly see the change we want to happen with our audience. We start by thinking about what our CMO might be feeling, thinking, and doing in connection to the topic of this meeting before we give your presentation. Maybe she feels concerned that the ROI of the campaign is not having an impact. Maybe she thinks that she needs to reduce costs and is considering an action of reducing your budget next year. Next, we write down what we want her to feel, think and do after we give our presentation. Well, we want her to feel confident in the marketing activity and its ROI and committed to keeping the budget. We want her to think that the activity has a good ROI and that stopping activity will reduce revenues, and we want her to act to keep the budget as it is or…
