- [Narrator] Inclusive content benefits everyone. Creating inclusive content is most sustainable, if creators begin with the audience in mind. If we begin by considering diverse user needs and expectations, we can create content that can be accessed by everyone in the audience. We can extend an invitation specifically, to those who are often left out. When the simple tools outlined in this course are utilized, the refugee is no longer excluded from community activities by the use of a typeface that cannot display their native language. These tools will leave the worker with a severe form of red green colorblindness of having to guess about levels of importance, because a training manual relies on color alone to create hierarchy. The expecting parent with anxiety disorder who is researching car seats will feel less overwhelmed when complex websites are redesigned and articles are shortened.
