- [Narrator] If you want the broadest possible reach for your content, it must be available online. According to Statista, 63% of the global population is accessing the internet. That's a staggering six billion people. However, user experience is highly inconsistent from website to website. User experience can vary based on the quality of the website design, internet access, speed, and other external factors. For many users, accessing digital content is frustrating, and sometimes impossible. Let's look at three personas that help me understand this experience from a more person-first perspective. First we have Eva. Eva has low vision. She navigates the web through the use of a screen reader. Many websites have vague link texts, like read more, which makes it difficult for her to understand how to navigate. Meet Owen.
