In the case of making an inclusive environment where tough conversations can thrive in safe spaces, that kind of lift relies on more than just leadership, HR, and management. In this video, I'm going to walk you through how making safe spaces inclusive is part of everyone's job. Every organization is made up of different people with different roles. And I challenge you to reframe in your mind how each of these roles contributes to the overall mission.
