Having a company culture, an environment where you observe one town hall on a difficult subject, can be relatively straightforward. But maintaining a space where people can have tough conversations interpersonally, and in large groups, can be very challenging. In this video, I'm going to walk you through how creating safe spaces is only half the battle. Maintaining them is the other half.
