- Teamwork divides the work and multiplies the success. It's with this in mind, that I want you to think about how cultivating safe spaces for your work environment should go. In this video, I'm going to walk you through how when there are supporters and allies who are also safe space advocates, the cross collaborative networks reinforce cultural norms that you need to succeed. So, before you get too far in any project, you got to know two things. One, you got to know where your exit strategy is. (grunts) Nah, I'm just kidding. But you do got to know where your friends are. No team or culture has its members operate in complete isolation forever.
