(upbeat music) - How did it go? Remember, your answers might be different than mine, depending on your hypothesis. That's okay. The important thing here is you could practice with telling the story. Here's how I would approach it. Again, you can leverage the four step process. First, start by asking questions to understand the context. Here's some questions you can ask Mike. What issues have you heard and seen? Where are you hearing this from? Is it a particular area that's most concerning? You can form testable hypotheses out of these conversations, which is the second step. Let's say in the conversation with Mike, you've heard about performance issues with employees hired through certain channels such as social media and job boards. You can form hypotheses that the performance ratings of hires from these channels are lower. Step three is to collect and analyze data.
