Building the apps and systems we use on a daily basis is a team effort. In this video, I share some strategies on sharing your work for increasing collaboration and executing action items. So what are the best ways to share insights? A few tips to consider are building relationships with your stakeholders, asking for their communication preferences. Also, endless promoters to help share information. And these can be people you work with who will promote the work that you're doing on research and design, and who can help gather support for improving outdated systems and practices.
