- [Instructor] Now that we have discussed where to start with your cybersecurity awareness program, let's discuss how your program should be delivered. I like to think of it as a team sport when referencing how to deliver cybersecurity training. The first step is to get everyone involved. Just like in sports, cybersecurity is a team effort where everyone has a vital role. A fundamental approach to team sports is to create an environment where everybody is involved and knows their responsibilities. It is easy for organizations to fall trap to only including specific divisions they deem as more at risk, but, the simple fact is that everyone is a target and everyone should be involved and trained. Second, align the proper training for the right roles. In sports, each team consists of players with distinct skill sets, backgrounds, and expertise.
