- [Instructor] When you make a PDF to send to a commercial printer, it's not typically your responsibility to convert from reader spreads to printer spreads, but if you want to print the newsletter on your own in house printer, then InDesign's print booklet feature might be of use to you. The print booklet feature, which is one of those features that time forgot, it hasn't been updated in a long while, and it is not without its quirks, is found at the bottom of the file menu. It's designed to print directly to a printer, so you need to have a printer installed that's capable, in this scenario, of printing a tabloid size page, that's two letter sized portrait pages next to each other. I'll come to print settings, and choose my installed printer and then to setup and for paper size, choose tabloid, and as you can see, tabloid is not there.
