- [Instructor] Okay, my next step is to set up the master pages. The master pages contain the page numbers or the folios, not just the page numbers, but also the publication information and date, and also may contain the master guides. If we look on the pages panel, we see that currently all of the document pages, all eight document pages are controlled by the one master page. That's going to remain the case throughout the project, we only need the one master page. Anything that I put onto the A master will appear on the document pages. Now as part of my folio, I want to incorporate the name plate, so before I go to the master pages, I'm going to double click on that to insert that one item of the group. Command or Control + C to copy that, and then move to the master page. So that is on my clipboard, we'll get back to that in just a moment, but first of all, let's put some guides on the master pages. I'll come to the layout menu and create guides.
