Expecting frustration

So growing up, a lot of times I heard the phrase, If you fail to plan, then you're planning to fail, right? You need to be prepared that there may be parts of the problem that you face that are not what you thought they would be. And this can be frustrating. And sometimes even when you're facing a problem, that is exactly what you thought it would be. If you're not able to solve the problem quickly, it can be frustrating. So anticipating the fact that frustration will come and devising strategies to deal with that frustration, devising new ways to see that frustration or realized that emotion will really help you with your resiliency. So I think that's one of the things that can really be helpful when you anticipate frustration. You can prepare plans to be able to do something to deal with the frustration.
