Our brains like to absorb things in small doses or in small bites. Our brains like to absorb information in small bits. So that's why I like to think of problem solving as a step by step method or why you get the most out of a problem solving experience. Taking it step by step is because it helps your brain, which is ultimately in partnership with you trying to solve this problem, interpret the information in the most accessible and easily digestible way. So it's really about trying to find ways to make the challenge or the problem in front of you as easily accessible to your brain and the rest of your body as possible. Changing and adapting when you're problem solving is an important skill. I mean, there are going to always be challenges that you face that look a little different than when you first started observing them.
