How to create a 2D project
- [Instructor] If you've been following along from chapter one, the easiest way to start a new 2D project is to click Project in the upper left of the main menu. This will take you to a page that looks the same on the right side as the launch page for a new project when you first start drone to map. You'll notice, however, there are some other options on the left because we are already in a project. If you are just starting this project from the beginning and launched drone to map, you'll see the exact view that is on the right here on my screen. Now, since we are launching a new 2D project, click the 2D button for 2D Products. Let's name our project just like we did before, but this time, let's call it chapter two. We will use the exercise files for chapter two. So if you haven't already downloaded and unzip the imagery and the ground control points, please do that now, so that you can access them. If you don't have access to the exercise files, you can still use your own drone…
