- I've been leading and guiding other educators for over 20 years, and I've been participating in professional development for even longer, of course. Now, I use Copilot to help with my PD planning. During a coaching session, Copilot helps create personalized training plans for each educator. I can prompt Copilot with the educator strengths, ideas for improvement, and goals. Using my template, Copilot will create an action plan draft for me and the educator to review together. When I'm planning a workshop for a larger group, Copilot helps me by curating a list of relevant up-to-date resources to match the specific topics of the session. This saves me time and allows me to stay current on product and pedagogy updates. It also allows me to provide other educators with the best possible materials.
