- Have you ever sent a text message just moments after you noticed that your phone autocorrected a word? Yeah, me too. Hopefully yours wasn't embarrassing. Human oversight is an important step when working with content generated by artificial intelligence. Large language models like GPT are trained on huge amounts of data, but any AI-generated content can contain errors and biases. As the human, you should review any generated content before you post, share, send, or otherwise use the information. You can identify potential concerns, make sure the content is relevant and accurate for your intended use, and even that you're appropriately representing your values. Follow the source links listed in a Copilot-generated response to confirm the information is coming from sites that are relevant, accurate, and neutral.
