The architecture development cycle
- [Instructor] The ADM consists of several phases that cycle through domains. Each phase includes steps that utilize assets from the previous iterations and other frameworks to build strong deliverables. The ADM addresses original requirements and vision through very frequent validation. And when you perform validation, you should reconsider scope, details, schedules, and milestones. There are different iteration types when you're going through the ADM. The first type we'll talk about is around, where we basically begin with preliminary and go through steps A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H in order. The next type is in-between, where I might start with step A, architecture vision, then jump over to step E, opportunities and solutions. Take the information that we discuss there and its deliverables. Use that to help me perform step B, business architecture, and then maybe update some deliverables from architecture vision,…
