Overview
Congratulations! By accessing this course, you are establishing yourself as a solution engineer, or at least as a minimum, you are interested in solution engineering. That's terrific. We need you. A solution engineer is any person who, by virtue of technical competence or expertise, can influence the thoughts or actions of a customer or prospect. We need more solution engineers and we need better solution engineers, far better. And that's what this course and other courses in this series are designed to do. We're here to create more solution engineers and to make the existing solution engineers that much better. We'll cover seven items in this course; the Solution Engineering Mastery Essentials. After we hit on a few definitions and provide a quick introduction, we'll review expert perceptions. There are two of them. Then we'll hit on the attributes of solution engineers and we'll highlight the most important three, the three biggies, which are knowledge, skill, and attitude. Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
